The Senior Talent Consultant coordinates and supports university-wide recruitment and onboarding efforts in collaboration with academic and administrative departments. Duties include but are not limited to; partnering with departmental stakeholders to implement and optimize use of the University’s applicant tracking system, collaborating on recruitment and outreach initiatives to build diverse candidate pipelines, and ensuring hiring activities align with institutional policies, state and federal regulations, and equitable hiring standards. This role oversees all pre-employment and onboarding activities for faculty and staff. Additional responsibilities include delivering system training to University staff, developing clear and user-friendly training materials and process guides, managing and resolving ServiceNow tickets to support timely issue resolution, and providing ongoing guidance and best-practice training to Talent Acquisition team members.
