Conducted research at the University of Oxford\'s Target Discovery Institute with Dr. Darragh O\'Brien via a HDX-MS project to elucidate the structural dynamics of several potential Alzheimer\'s disease biomarkers. Additional work was focused on structural and mechanistic insights for tau aggregation and neurodegenerative tauopathies in general.

ABOUT ALEXI MONOVOUKAS
I aim to pursue a career in biotechnology/biomedicine. My interests have been shaped and largely influenced by my past few years of research at the Broad Institute\'s Proteomics Platform, with a particular focus on cancer as part of the National Cancer Institute\'s CPTAC effort. In addition, my experiences with life science management consulting and venture capital work have expanded my ambitions and skills beyond the lab.
