Knowledge Manager on the ESS Enablement team. As a member of the ESS Enablement team I support the functional learning and development of colleagues within the 7 functional groups of Enterprise Support Services including Administrative Services, Creative Services, Business Operations and Analysis, Workplace Operations, Tax Processing, Records and Information Management, and Enablement. I develop curriculum for onboarding programs, create learning opportunities and experiences, curate company learning resources on online platforms, and provide support to colleagues on technology, policies, and procedures ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to confidently perform their roles and to support their ongoing skill development.In this role I have supported an organizational change through the delivery of new learning courses, maintained and updated knowledge repositories and resources, and onboarded hundreds of employees to EY across multiple countries.
