Through many years of expertise in sales, publishing and agency work, I combine valuable communication experience with a exceptional talent for communication and ambitious project management. I consistently use these skills for projects with sustainable added value and produce exceptionally valuable content to unique selected target groups. My professional experience includes more than six years as the deputy publishing director of a renowned lifestyle publication as well as extensive activities in the field of business process outsourcing. Furthermore my full-service agency experience and deep roots in the event industry successfully attracting targeted groups. This perfectly complements my vital interest in sustainable creative industries and my understanding of real service orientation. By participating in a management seminar lasting several months at the Thomas Michael Institute for Emotional Intelligence in Leipzig, my horizon expanded significantly towards the inclusion of coaching and personnel development measures in order to holistically optimize internal value creation processes. On the basis of experience from psychology, neurobiology and social & economic sciences, I was able to methodically examine key dimensions of personality and thus gain valuable insights into the roles of people, their conflicts and relationship patterns, motivations, goals and decisions. My intention is to support people to gain more clarity about themselves and to set the course for sustainable actions from the insights gained. During my recent two and a half year stay abroad in Southeast Asia, I dealt with topics and techniques relating to the revitalization of the workforce in the performance society in which health management, sustainable personnel development and coaching are becoming increasingly indispensable. In order to deepen my capacities in this field, I completed extensive further training modules to receive precise certifications in the segment of Human Resource & Intercultural Management in 2021. that leads me now to the thrilling opportunity to work as a Talent Acquisition specialist, Full Spectrum Recruiter & bridge builder.
