WeRoad is a travel Italian company based in Milan, working in Italy as well as in Spain, UK, France and Germany, that organizes group tours for the same age, like-minded people that want to discover the world through the eyes of local people, making new friends along the way.As Program Manager, I lead strategic projects that aim to scale WeRoad’s business by 10x. I run a hybrid team of Project Managers, Low-Code Developers, and external partners — all focused on building smarter systems, automating processes, and driving impact through technology.Over the past months, we’ve been pushing hard into AI and low-code, experimenting with new tools and workflows to bridge the gap between business and tech. From scaling customer ops with Zendesk, Ultimate AI, and Circle, to prototyping automation layers that streamline internal processes, our mission is simple: move fast, learn faster, and deliver real leverage to the business.I believe in building adaptive systems that grow with the company. My approach combines collaboration, rapid experimentation, and a bias for action — ensuring every project not only hits goals but creates long-term value.We’re not just optimizing processes; we’re rethinking how a travel company can scale through tech, AI, and smart automation.
