As the Director of Marketing, I oversee all daily marketing operations including: • Developed and hired for new marketing positions taking the marketing team from two to ten people • Drove marketing strategy to help grow from $1M in annual revenue to $10M in one year • Led efforts to modernize marketing tracking and data • Developed new warm strategies to improve the flow of leads from Marketing to Sales • Created a partner and event scoring system for business development to understand what events we should attend as a company and what potential partners we should work with • Defined go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
