About Alex Burch
For someone who has interviewed hundreds of people and filed countless stories, it\'s never gotten easier to talk about myself. My passion lies in storytelling-about others, that is. My career started as a TV news reporter, covering crime, severe weather, education, and politics. That changed in 2020 when I was chosen to be a full-time COVID-19 reporter, delivering the most essential and up-to-date pandemic information to my community. Now, I tell company stories. Currently my job is to amplify California\'s life sciences sector and the essential work they do to deliver innovations so patients around the world can live longer, healthier lives.
