ABOUT ALEXEY MASLOV
I\'ve always been fascinated by how data can tell stories and drive smart decisions. My journey into data engineering began over a decade ago, when I realised that great business outcomes come from uncovering hidden insights. Since then, I\'ve been focused on building strong, efficient data platforms that help teams achieve their goals. As Data Engineering Lead at parcelLab, I\'ve designed a modern data platform using AWS and Redshift, while upgrading legacy systems to improve performance. A highlight was helping our data scientists deliver four key projects that significantly increased operational efficiency - seeing the impact first-hand is incredibly rewarding. Previously, I led development at Dvigus in Moscow, where we built Russia\'s second best CPA platform for real estate. We improved data quality by 15% and designed a data lake that helped teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. Earlier in my career, I worked on projects like building a call tracking service at Vector and automating ad campaign data at Dvigus, which increased efficiency by 20%. I\'m all about collaboration, constant learning and exploring new technologies. I also love sharing ideas with others through meetups and online discussions. Let\'s connect! Whether you\'re interested in harnessing data or geeking out over analytics and technology, feel free to get in touch.
