I build and lead engineering teams that ship ML-driven products to billions of users - and I do it by creating environments where great engineers become exceptional. What I do now: At WhatsApp, I lead and manage an ML-powered integrity Team protecting the SMB ecosystem that serves hundreds of millions of businesses worldwide. We\'ve driven API scam rates to record lows, scaled business onboarding 18 months ahead of target, and kept unwanted messaging rates near 1%- all through ML detection models, trust-tiering systems, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, policy, privacy, and data science. What I\'ve done before: → At Meta (Messaging and VR Platforms), as a TLM I took a greenfield project — Instagram DMs on VR — from zero to production in 8 months. I cleared the ambiguity, defined the architecture, aligned 5 teams, and shipped it. → At Google, I led the Google TV Android platform team of 9 engineers. We improved velocity by 30%, reduced attrition by 40%, and shipped weekly releases. → As a startup CTO, I built a mobile product from scratch with ML-based personalization, hired the team, and brought it to market. What I care about: I believe the best engineering leaders are force multipliers. I focus on- Removing ambiguity so teams can move fast- Building ML systems that scale and are measurable- Growing engineers into leaders through hands-on mentoring- Shipping 0→1 products with the same rigor as products serving billions.What I\'m looking for: I\'m drawn to companies solving hard problems at the intersection of AI/ML, consumer products, and platform scale where engineering leadership directly shapes the product and the culture.
