Though you’ll rarely find me in a suit and tie, I’ll always be focused on opportunities to consider the smartest transportation routes, automate processes, support global teams, establish metrics, set roadmaps, and bring big understand of the delicate factors influencing business continuity, compliance, cost, and on-time delivery. My experience working in highly regulated environments (think FAA) and global coordination of critical supplies, has readied me for high-stakes situations where on-time delivery is not an option. I have developed and deployed scorecards, data analytics approaches, and measurement systems to gauge performance, all to help drive profitable decisions. Building tools and integrating AI solutions to accelerate customer delivery have become trademarks of my reputation, Finding overlooked opportunities has yielded millions in savings, salvaged millions more in owed concessions, right-sized workforces with 2 FTE savings, at zero cost. Leaning on 10+ years of questioning every assumption and leveraging analytics tools to shift actions. I solve problems, troubleshoot, and look ahead so organizations I serve stay ready for what’s coming. I have never been an individual contributor. Even at 21 years old, I had 140 direct reports. Yes, it was a rocky start, but with careful analysis and proven judgment, I kept being tapped for progressively challenging asks and ultimately broke records for productivity, cost savings, and speed to customer. I believe travel gives you crucial perspective and I’ve visited 49 countries (and all 7 continents) from the time I was 3 years old. I’ve been singing nonstop for over 20 years, as part of a men’s chorus (Voices of Note), I have been a consistent leader and part of this community.
