As a Chief Architect with over 15 years of experience, I have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex commerce systems and building global delivery teams. Today, I\'m championing the shift to Agentic AI—a democratising technology that liberates business processes and revolutionises customer experiences. I\'m currently Capgemini\'s Agentic AI Commerce Global Offer Co-Lead, where I partnered with our Chief Portfolio & Technology Officer (Franck Greverie) to build a global GTM strategy that executive leadership called \"one of the best offers seen at Capgemini.\" I also work with Forrester Research, helping position our AI and commerce vision to the analyst community.My focus is on creating multi-agent graphs that automate complex, multi-step problems and drive predictable and exponential business value.
