ABOUT ALEX EHORO
I am a Service Desk Analyst at Sopra Steria, providing professional and efficient IT support to internal staff and clients. I am responsible for accurately logging, prioritising, and resolving incidents and service requests, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and service quality.I have strong passions for cloud infrastructure and FX trading. I am a 2025 Information Technology Management graduate who studied at Bournemouth University and achieved a 2:1 with honours. Alongside my studies, I gained valuable professional experience working part-time in retail at Sainsbury’s and Nike. These roles helped me to develop strong customer service, teamwork, time management and problem solving skills. In addition to this I also worked as a private tutor for Trader Tots, an online tutoring service providing 1-to-1 professional lessons on forex trading to help clients become more confident and profitable. This role helped me strengthen my teaching and presenting skills, alongside improving my ability to simplify complex concepts to non-technical audiences.I also help manage a public forex and crypto trading community where we create educational content, share ideas, answer questions and celebrate accomplishments of our group members.
