JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partners. · Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner account performance objectives and partners’ expectations. · Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partners · Proactively leads a joint company-strategic partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period. · Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. · Lead solution development efforts that best address partner needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES · Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic partners. · Meet assigned expectations for profitability. · Achieve strategic partner objectives defined by company management. · Complete strategic partner plans that meet company standards. · Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company · Development and maintenance of reports for partners · Prepare request for proposals ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT · Enlists the support of recruiters to meet partner requirements. · Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner management. · Works closely with HR, Accounting, and administrative teams to ensure an efficient workflow for contractor/resource management. · This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities in specific partners.
