   General As part of the leadership & management team, contribute to all major decisions impacting Career Services. Influence, impact, & execute strategic visioning, planning, & prioritization. Act as a subject matter expert & resource on state & career & national workforce development trends, & best practices. Development of strategic partnerships to implement new initiatives, & programs. Cultivate & maintain working relationships with academic deans, faculty, & staff. Continued to grow understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging within a complex institution. Leadership and strategy Provide strategic leadership & direction for a career development team that supports students & alumni through career exploration/planning & throughout the job search. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the university to ensure common understanding of priorities & shared purpose around student success & goal achievement. Assist student-athletes with career planning & job search strategies, through individual appointments & group programming. Teach in an in-person, remote, & hybrid environment. Speak to parents and families at orientation to encourage support of students’ career journey.
