If you don\'t, try it out and let me know what you think!• Managed team of four PMs owning core account functions and Responsible Gaming and working across a global workforce of Analytics, Design, URX, Engineering for iOS and Android apps and web• Own the sign-up and log-in journeys across all DK brands; this includes user-facing flows and backend regulatory processes e.g, KYC, identity verification• Led Platform strategy and development for DraftKings Predictions, a predictions market product • Oversaw migration of 4M user accounts from $750M Jackpocket acquisition into the DraftKings system• Scaled third-party OCR and ID verification integration to capture a 10% increase in customer verification rate and an 8% reduction in CX outreach, unlocking self-service remediation paths for suspected fraud restrictions • Enabled tentpole re-verification and re-engagement CRM campaign, capturing $5.6M in incremental revenue
