I love data. Since the days of my Finance career, I was always driven by creating value in this world through data. The Consumers vs. Creator mentality is what drove me into entrepreneurship, helping lead the growth of a Series A analytics company. I record almost everything about myself, including the time I spend in REM sleep, the weekly kms that I run, as well as daily dietary inputs; all in the sake of optimizing my day to day energy levels and productivity.Much of my fascination with data is shared by Acerta, except within automotive manufacturing. But unlike me using excel sheets, Acerta leverages machine learning and cloud computing to automatically sift through big data volumes and optimize manufacturing lines by prescribing specific process improvements.
