Directed CX/UX solutions integrating on-demand services with financial and e-commerce products and platforms (Gojek, GoPay, Tokopedia) across three regions. GoTo Group is the result of a merger between Indonesia\'s two most valuable startups, ride-hailing giant Gojek and e-commerce firm Tokopedia. Offering a unique mix of on-demand, e-commerce and financial technology services, GoTo leverages synergies and network effects from within its ecosystem to deliver value to millions of merchants, drivers and customers generating 28B+ USD in GTV annually. I managed the teams responsible for design & branding to accelerate the company\'s four pillar growth strategy- Drive customer growth and engagement through cross pollination and increased usage- Enhance hyperlocal experiences and infrastructure to deliver more convenience in daily lives- Strengthen ecosystem synergies (eg, deeper financial services offerings, merchant value, etc)- Invest in high growth areas, including deeper demographic expansion in Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam including the transition towards electric vehicles.
