Drive end-to-end Initial Margin (IM) onboarding across global trading counterparties, JPMorgan legal entities, and third-party custodians, ensuring collateral readiness in line with global non-cleared margin regulations including CFTC, US Prudential Regulators (USPR), UK EMIR, EU EMIR, MAS, and HKMA- Coordinate legal and operational setup across internal teams—including Legal, Operations, and Risk—and external stakeholders (clients, custodians, fund administrators) to deliver compliant and timely onboarding for ISDA/CSA, ACA, and IDSA documentation flows- Facilitate negotiation and implementation of Eligible Collateral Schedules (ECS), working directly with clients to reach agreement on terms and operational setup for Initial Margin posting, including tri-party and third-party segregation models- Maintain robust controls and adhere to regulatory timelines by guiding clients through complex documentation and operational requirements while ensuring internal risk, compliance, and legal standards are met.
