Developed an asset management dashboard from scratch to track expenses, highlight cost outliers, and standardize performance metrics across 14 sites- Provided data analysis for leadership presentation to housing authorities, positively influencing housing policy decisions- Collected, cleaned, and analyzed large datasets in Excel, sharpening my ability to turn complex data into clear visualizations that reveal critical policy issues—in this case, Vermont’s shortage of developable land- Queried and extracted spatial data in ArcGIS, building on SQL experience and demonstrating initiative in learning new technical tools to gather & analyze data- Created a Python-based web app to visualize complex state-published housing data, aiding legislators in aligning housing policy with development feasibility and constituent affordability.
