I love to get hands on and build. The most exciting step for me is going beyond great idea to actually creating something tangible that we can test and share with others. For example:As Product Owner of Paid Search at Capital One, I led a team from 5 functions to test new messaging, bid strategies, and features to continuously improve customer experience and response.As a new analyst in Display Advertising, I optimized our product to turn our channel from unprofitable to >100% ROI.
