I had been a strong contributor and was now expected to become a strong leader, on my own.When I was 30 I left a job and team I loved because of a toxic manager and work environment.After struggling and burning out in both roles, I decided to do something. I became obsessed with how new people leaders develop the emotional intelligence and people skills to lead. I coached new leaders who were overwhelmed and alone.
