About Alexa Winter
Hello! My name is Alexa Winter and I am currently studying Graphic Design at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Being from Boulder, Colorado has ignited my love for activities like hiking and skiing, and it is also where my passion for art making was born. After immersing myself in several studio art classes and participating in various art exhibitions in high school, I realized I could turn my growing passion into a serious pursuit. Graphic design has become my canvas for utilizing bold colors and big type to leave a lasting impression. As a designer, I am drawn to the fusion of creativity and functionality, while also finding value in collaborating with diverse personalities and styles. Transforming mundane, everyday objects into items that have an abundance of personality and spunk fuels me to pour my utmost dedication into each project. Whether transitioning from mountains to the coast or traditional mediums to digital tools in the Adobe Suite, I embrace every new experience, and find excitement in learning how to utilize new skills and techniques.
