As an I-CAR Platinum ADAS technician with a background in graphic design and brand strategy, I have the privilege of contributing to several key initiatives within I-CAR’s talent programming efforts. In addition to helping launch Collision Careers as a valuable resource for students, industry leaders, educators, parents, and sustaining partners, I played an integral role in the strategic go-to-market (GTM) plan for the company’s new I-CAR Academy Curriculum, tailored for both schools and shops.I continually monitor, develop and manage the social media strategy for Collision Careers, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms. I also assist with event strategy and booth activations to enhance brand presence and outreach. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of a sales enablement process, providing essential guidance and support to both the sales and product teams. By collaborating cross-functionally with various departments, I continue to help align efforts to support and drive the company\'s broader goals, contributing to its continued growth and success.
