I am a Principal UX Researcher with over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning social impact, public policy, and user research. I began my career in the development sector, working closely with children, schools, teachers, and young people on education and life-skills programmes, which shaped my understanding of ethical programme delivery and community-led impact.Over the next 15+ years, I worked across NGOs, corporate foundations, and public policy institutions, leading large-scale education and youth development initiatives across India. I have managed multi-state programs impacting over students and 1,800 teachers, while working closely with government systems, donors, and implementation partners to deliver governance-driven, scalable outcomes.I currently work as a Principal UX Researcher at Peepal Design, leading qualitative research programs for global technology companies, with a focus on inclusion, access, and emerging market users.
