As the Senior Director of Talent Development at Goulston & Storrs, I have a lead role in designing and implementing the firm\'s talent development strategy and shaping the firm’s reputation and key attributes as a top legal talent destination. I work collaboratively with a professional development team and firm leadership to integrate, train, develop, engage, and retain a motivated team of attorneys who provide outstanding counsel and service to clients. I help develop strategies, programs, and processes for improvement of diversity within the firm and for promotion of equitable opportunities for women, racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ individuals.
