ABOUT ALEXANDRU MAICAN

Born in Japan, I spent my early childhood there before moving to Saudi Arabia, where I completed my schooling. Growing up in such a dynamic and business-oriented environment played a pivotal role in shaping my entrepreneurial mindset. Surrounded by ambitious and inspiring business owners, I developed an early appreciation for innovation, leadership, and the power of creating meaningful ventures.In 2020, I moved to Manchester to pursue a degree in Law — a journey that began during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Adapting to a new culture and academic system during such an uncertain time strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and communication skills. Despite the challenges, I successfully completed my LLB in Law at the University of Manchester and later earned my LLM at BPP University.After university, I realized that my true drive extended beyond legal theory — I wanted work that invited deeper learning and understanding of people. This realization guided me toward an entrepreneurial path where I could combine strategy, creativity, and human connection.Currently, I’m focused on developing my skills in relationship building, strategic thinking, and management principles, and learning what it truly means to thrive as part of a team in the business world. Through the management program at Resolve Solutions, I’m gaining hands-on experience that aligns with my long-term goal: to lead the expansion of the business into the Middle East, bridging markets and fostering international growth.
