ABOUT ALEXANDROS GIANNOPOULOS
He has over 20 years of experience in bridge design. He has been involved in the design of the viaducts for the new high-speed railway line between Paris and Bordeaux and one of his main accomplishments is the detailed design of an iconic 2 km long cable-stayed bridge in Congo.He works on any of the following stages of a bridge project: preliminary design, detailed design, tender preparation, construction shop drawings, project supervision and construction follow-up.In 2016, Mr Giannopoulos received the Grand Prize in French Engineering awarded by the French Ministry of Public Works for the design of the bridge called Citadelle in Strasbourg.
