About Alexandria Jenkins-Torres
As a designer, I believe in honesty, authenticity, and empathy. I believe that functionality should work in harmony with creativity and accessibility, and that beautiful design is comprised of data-driven research in order to serve the community.Before becoming a UX Designer, I was a public health professional. Though, ultimately, I strayed away from the healthcare industry, I realized that helping people was, and continues to be, a passion and necessity for me. I strive to help people through technology and design. When I\'m not head over heels prototyping, you can find me kayaking in the summers, taking dance classes, playing D&D, and finding new trails to hike with my husband and son.
