From a young age, I always made friends easily and was told I was a natural communicator. Now as a recruiting and Talent Acquisition expert, professional resume writer, and an interview coach, I am extremely compassionate and truly care about helping people create careers they are excited about. I make my clients feel confident in their resume, cover letter, and interview skills to pave the way for the next step in their career. My expertise as a recruiter is focused on not only improving the candidate experience, but finding “unicorn” talent by creating diverse candidate pools.
