ABOUT ALEXANDRIA FRENCH

Innovative mindset with extensive experience in clinical operations, oversight, business operations and project management. Coming with considerable global experience within the CRO and site environments, one of my goals is to improve those relations and operate more efficiently. Key experiences are within Critical Care, Decentralized Clinical Trials, Pulmonary, Rare, infection disease, as well as nutrition. As decentralized trials are turning the tides of research, I developed and implemented the processes, procedures, roles, responsibilities and resources to establish the decentralized site which completed the first ever fully decentralized infant formula clinical trial. Since then, I have spent the last 5 years working to expand DCT operations. Building on my experience, I work diligently to provide a suitable, effective and efficient strategy to perform even the most difficult protocols, and see where integrating decentralized aspects can occur. I work to fully enhance the site experience while collaborating with the CRO to have a seamless process for clients. I have successfully cut attrition rates by > 30%, increased compliance with ePro by > 45%, decreased timelines by > 10 months, and increased enrollment by 200% in comparison to identical brick and mortar trials. As a people manager, I have proudly been a partner and supporter to my team of 25+ with a 0% voluntary attrition rate of my direct reports over the last 4+ years, while maintaining a steady efficiency rate on projects. While acting as a CRC, I was the lead coordinator on over 15 trials at one time while being the highest enrolling site in over half of those rare disease trials. My Bachelor of Science with concentration in Biomedical Sciences-Biology was obtained from the University of Cincinnati. My minors focused in Chemistry, Neurobiology, Professional Sales, and Applied Communications. In addition, I had certifications of pre-medicine from the University of Cincinnati and Pharmacy Technician from CVS Pharmacy/Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Certifications in project management (PMP and CMP) obtained in 2022 are from Medable DCT training as well as Barnett International. My BLS certifications from the American Heart Association as well as- IATA, CITI GCP are all up to date.
