Led the national expansion of Inmates to Entrepreneurs by designing and scaling a train-the-trainer model that brought consistent course delivery to all 50 states and internationally. Built and supported a network of instructors and volunteers by providing onboarding, training, and ongoing resources to ensure instructional quality. Developed curriculum, digital resources, and LMS-based training modules that have helped more than participants complete entrepreneurship courses.
