I am a People Experience strategist, thought leader, program manager, and inspiration officer with 15+ years of experience providing consultative business partnerships to organizations. I have tenured work experience with startups, global private and public companies, and M&A events. One of my former clients called me \"The Most Interesting Woman in the World\" because I\'ve worked in various industries and job functions. My professional experience spans HR/People Operations (incl. Compensation & Benefits), Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Strategy & Planning, Consulting, and even Veterinary Assistance. I\'ve had the pleasure of working in-house and consulting in SaaS, fintech, gaming/social apps, digital marketing/advertising, retail, eCommerce, CPG, and education. I had the privilege of starting a self-funded startup focused on connecting Black-owned businesses with consumers to promote the long-term economic health of the Black community.As an admitted #datanerd and tech geek, I\'ve enjoyed my opportunities to work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams. While my initial purpose was to provide HR Business Partnership to these teams, I was fortunate to serve on product advisory committees and participate in UI and UX Research. As a consultant, I enjoy supporting HR/People Ops and Talent Acquisition leaders in program architecture and design. I bring my diversity of thought and experience to help HR and Recruiting leaders put action behind the People programs that support business success! I\'m your behind-the-scenes secret weapon. Not only can I help you build your HR strategy, but I\'m an expert in turning strategy into execution. I support leaders in identifying employee and workplace problems and challenges and implementing action-based solutions.
