In my role as Chief of Staff to Seemay Chou at the Astera Institute, we’re building new models and institutions to accelerate scientific and social progress. My job is to turn strategy into action and make sure ambitious ideas actually happen.I spent a decade in the farm animal welfare movement, building global coalitions and leading campaigns that created meaningful change for animals. I bring expertise in grant strategy, coalition building, program management, and organizational development. Before joining Astera, I worked as an independent consultant helping nonprofits turn their missions into reality.
