I design and lead systems thinking capacity-building experiences for organizations around the globe, from Fortune 100 companies to nonprofits to educational institutions. Through facilitation, coaching, and evaluation, I help individuals and teams see the systems they are part of, make sense of complexity, and integrate systems thinking into decision-making, strategy, and problem-solving.–I support clients worldwide with capacity strengthening, program design, and program evaluation, integrating systems thinking and providing coaching and structures that embed learning into ongoing practice.– I coach the Advanced Facilitator Credential, a year-long program that builds advanced competency in systems thinking, facilitation, and coaching. I guide participants through content, peer learning, and reflective practice, and also collaborate with the Executive Director on program strategy and content updates.– I manage the Open Studio webinar series, curating and coaching presenters to deliver interactive sessions that showcase systems thinking across sectors. I oversee logistics, promotion, and follow-up, and maintain workflows, data tracking, and evaluation tools to strengthen the Waters Center’s global community of practice.
