Not your average Product Marketer…I started my career in consulting and technical implementation, eventually moving into Customer Success and Employee Onboarding, finally finding a great fit in Product Marketing. Here\'s how each of these experiences has uniquely influenced my approach to my everyday work- Deep customer empathy and curiosity: I love listening to users and unpacking how our customers apply our product in their varying environments, then working with a team to bring that to life- Narratives of many colours: They say if you can teach it, you can communicate it. I learned that any customer\'s use case could easily be transformed into a compelling story by advising others on our most prominent product applications- Tinkering to get it right: Implementation consulting is all about how you creatively and devise workarounds for your client\'s critical business problems. Nothing is more exciting to me than sitting down to solve an issue that has no clear solution- The inner workings of a PLG company: Witnessing high-velocity growth in a company from its Series B funding to today is invaluable exposure to how successful B2B SaaS businesses operate in a product-led growth model. Over time, I\'ve come to see how metrics impact one another and build a great company. This perspective has brought solid strategic recommendations to increase sign-ups, activation, adoption, and revenue.
