I’m a Senior Technical Content Developer specializing in multimedia production with a lifelong love of technology that was sparked by building computers with my dad. Growing up in LA, I kicked off my “early in career” phase pretty young—at the ripe old age of 7, when I first started acting. So it’s pretty dang cool to still be on-screen doing what I love, connecting people with technology through accessible content that ignites curiosity and inspires learning.In my career, I’ve led the creation and production of engaging technical content across multiple platforms, including video tutorials, interactive courses, and multimedia learning experiences. I collaborate closely with subject matter experts, curriculum teams, and cross-functional partners to design scalable, learner-focused solutions that drive knowledge retention and product adoption.I also bring comprehensive experience across the entire Customer Success organization, having worked in Sales, Support, and Education teams. I am able to ensure seamless customer journeys, drive user adoption, and deliver impactful training and support that enhance overall customer satisfaction.Disability advocacy is sort of like my second job and I\'m proud to co-lead CDAN (Connected Disability Action Network), where we build inclusive and accessible experiences for Cisco employees.
