Manage & lead the Commerce Payments Product Design Team. My team and I are responsible for crafting engaging GoDaddy Commerce Home experiences for merchants across Transactions, Settlements, Reports, Customers, In Person Selling, Payment Tools integration, Online Pay Links, and settings management. Notable accomplishments: June 2023: Led the UX strategy for high value feature migration, and oversaw the launch for said features in the WorldPay Omni-channel Phase 2 experience. Generating $5MM min GCR and merchants (+$5M) Design operations: Fostered a culture of data driven design by incorporating FullStory behavioral analytics into our design process. Enhanced and rolled out design QA framework and go/no go practices across the Payments team. Led the team in creating a framework for Source of Truth Figma files to showcase what is most recently ready for development across the expansive GoDaddy Payments platform. Helped the team transition into Atlassian Cloud, including: using Jira & Confluence to organize projects and work items.
