The revenue for this portfolio is ~$715M annually.• Critical member of the TLS HR and client executive leadership team, and a trusted advisor to the F-35 Training and Logistics market segment Vice President and staff.• Lead, develop and implement the Human Capital strategy and initiatives to ensure talent and organizational capability,• Lead large scale change initiatives, business growth, staffing up or down cycles, business integration, executive talent development and coaching for business outcomes,• Collaborate with the Engineering & Technology and Global Sustainment/Operations Functions, and HR Centers of Excellence organizations to lead change implementation,• Lead organizational design, talent acquisition/workforce strategies and strategic talent development,• Lead and support various key HR enterprise and RMS/TLS initiatives and projects,• Define metrics and analytics to ensure management and successful deployment of initiatives and strategies for direct business results,• Lead engagement with all levels of employees including leaders, first line supervisors, and individual contributors, ensuring engagement of the workforce in all business initiatives and outcomes,• Lead deployment of all HR strategies and core processes such as Atlas Perform, Atlas Compensation, Talent Management and succession planning, career discussions, staffing and workforce planning, organization design and structuring.
