I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2022. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate, and a National Certified Counselor, as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II). Additionally, I am trained in EMDR and am a Registered Yoga Instructor, allowing me to incorporate elements of the mind-body experience in my work with clients. I specialize in treating patients navigating eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions and have experience working with all age ranges in outpatient, facility-based, and residential settings.
