Provide professional advice and support on recruitment process to Talent and Training Coordinator with emphasis on developing creative and innovative recruitment solutions • Interview all eligible applicants and evaluate on the basis of valid standardized criteria • Coordinate All Employment Starts. Provide employee and client with ample information pertaining to the start of the assignment. • Manage all aspects of a Field Employee’s employment including but not limited to: Recognition for a job well done, updating files, managing workplace conflict, reprimanding or counseling field employees for inappropriate or unprofessional behavior, administering verbal or written warnings when required, making any necessary accommodations in the workplace, ending assignments and sending congratulatory notes to our temporary employees who are hired on permanently with a client. • Review employee time cards weekly for errors. Confirm additional hours worked if employee worked beyond regularly scheduled hours. Research and resolve all employee payroll problems in a timely manner. • Take all First Reports of Injury for Workers Compensation. Gather as much information as possible as it relates to the work-related injury. • Understand and Anticipate Client Needs. Develop a rapport with clients and service their account in a professional and specific manner acknowledging any industry specific needs and forecast future staffing demands. • Support new staff members acting as a resource for information and providing instruction regarding daily responsibilities.
