I have prided myself in learning everything I can to help associates learn as many skills as possible and to grow with them as a leader. My number one goal is to continue to grow within the company, to teach about all I\'ve learned along the way, to develope new talent as well as teach that believing in yourself is key to your own success. Even tho I\'m very determined to continue to learn all aspects of retail I have truly enjoyed developing new management. My mentee training is such a rewarding part of my career. Everyone that I have trained has so much drive as well as determination and thats what makes it so rewarding. To go to work everyday and watch your team grow and be there to see the progression, is absolutely incredible. It\'s my goal daily is to make an impact on my team,for my team to impact the store and to always go home feeling accomplished. Believe in one\'s self and nothing is impossible!
