Some achievements I am incredibly proud of during my time at Stericycle, Inc. include:• Strengthened industry-wide sustainability impact and Stericycle, Inc.’s subject matter leadership by recognizing the opportunity to share internally developed regulated waste emissions factors with Practice Greenhealth. Authored the business case for a strategic partnership, secured executive approval, led contract negotiations, and positioned as a source for national reporting standards.• Created an industry waste reporting framework that aligned with the Joint Commission’s Sustainable Healthcare Certification. It was recognized as a best-practice model, and as a result, I was selected to present the findings with health system partners at a national conference.• Selected to support a high-level multi-million-dollar team transformation initiative, a task typically reserved for senior leadership. I played an integral role in defining rules of engagement, shaping commission structures, and developing an account management training program for 100+ employees.
