I am part of a department at Docaposte handling insurance-related projects and counting about 30 people including developers, project managers and directors.My current position involves the following accountabilities:DevOps: I manage all DevOps related activities for the department which includes- Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Gitlab CI - Integrating AI-powered tools to reduce development and deployment cycles - Managing the departments\' Kubernetes cluster / internal cloud - Dockerising applications - Data migration (databases / large datasets)- Setting up environments for project teamsArtificial intelligence: I am in charge of AI related projects and activities for the department which includes- Benchmarking Language Models - Lead technical watch/prototyping on AI related concepts like RAG, RIG, LLM as judge, AI agents and workflows - Implementing software components integrating LLMs - Handling questions related to regulations, ethics and data protection on software integrating AIMethodology: I am in charge of the software development methods and tools for the department which includes- Maintain a single, agile-inspired software development methodology based on Scrum and Kanban for all teams in the department - Develop & maintain software tooling as needed (mostly monitoring and project management apps)- Give presentations/trainings on software and methodology related topicsAutomated testing: I am in charge of all automated e2e testing activities for the department which includes- Develop a common testing backbone relying on testing frameworks (robot, selenium, test containers, docker, CI/CD)- Set up and maintain this backbone for the different projects - Train and accompany project teams in the implementation of test suites/test casesCredit impôts-recherche: I am in charge of CIR-related activities for the department.Upper management: member of the departments\' board of directors.
