ABOUT ALEXANDREA MIRACLE

With years of experience in recruitment, I am passionate about finding and placing high-level candidates into their perfect roles. My field of expertise includes FSQA, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, CI, Plant and Corporate level leadership, and more. In my previous role as a Search Consultant at Capstone Search Advisors, I was a full desk consultant who sought and managed client relationships along with sourcing and filling talent to surpass hiring goals. I was also “Great Recruiter certified” with a 5-star average rating from candidates and clients. Some of the skills that I leveraged in this role were interviewing, project management, business development. Before starting in the recruitment field, I was a multi-store leader in clothing retail. I have always had a passion for helping and developing others and for the fashion industry. As store leaders wear many hats, I developed a diverse skillset including: recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training, sales projections, business development, succession planning, visual standards, scheduling, loss prevention, etc.
