Maintain and prepare daily payment via Bank ACH or wire transfer.• Prepare, discuss, and produce budgets when required (reviewed on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis)• Keep accurate record of yacht refit budgets vs. actual (project management)• Payroll and payment of payroll liabilities/taxes• Preparation and reporting of monthly financials.• Reconciliation of credit/debit card accounts and accurate monitoring of current balances• Preparation and funding requests to yacht owner companies.• Statutory declarations as required, i.e, VAT quarterly reporting as required, quarterly payroll tax reporting.• Intercompany billing – invoice entry and spreadsheet updates to the various contracted companies.• Yacht rebillable expenses. • General filing and ad hoc meetings/duties• Processing general ledger transactions – sales, expenses, debtors, creditors, and cash, including multi-currency bank reconciliations• The production of annual budgets, variance analysis and comparisons to actual results• Preparation of monthly financial accounts, review and analysis compared to budget.• Keeping accurate report for Charters, provide transfers payment, generate commissions fee and reconciliation trough QuickBooks month financial reports. • Reviewing financial reports from the yacht accountants’ team, checking variances, approval wires payment, request changes and keeping team members informed about any challenges and new rules to the company.
