The group realizes € 45M of annual turnover and counts a total of 450 employees- Defining the Group’s strategy to create a restaurant brand with a strong identity and loyalty, and deploy it at the operational level - Structuring and organizing the operations of the Group to create a scalable international F&B group - Creating an integrated head office structure in charge of purchasing, logistics, business analysis, HR, reporting, accounting, finance, communication, and marketing - Digital transformation of the group to optimize the operations and processes - Operational management of several restaurants including permanent and seasonal restaurants - Managing existing venues and opening of new venues: recruitment of the GM, training program & welcome kits, operational procedures (floor and kitchen), service bible, brand book, daily/weekly/monthly reporting set up, etc- Analyzing key market trends and competition across the international lifestyle F&B segment - Developing the group and building a strong knowledge of local markets in France, Europe, Middle-East, US - Project development for stand-alone restaurants, or with third parties (local operator, hotel, licensee): sourcing of new venues, participation in tenders, negotiations with the landlord or licensee, financing, project management to follow the works (architects, interior designers, engineers, kitchen designers, contractors, etc.), licensing, etc- Adapting the brand and the concept to the local market or creating new concepts
