I\'m currently working as PMO at XPO Logistics in the IT Supply Chain Europe perimeter. I\'m always looking for challenges and that\'s why I have chosen XPO because as the company is in a constant growth and improvement, this international environment is great for challenges. In parallel, in order to complement my engineering training, I\'m currently alternating XPO with a Advanced Master in Project Management, Strategic vision option, that provide me a very good background in Project and Portfolio management. This training will be completed on the end of October 2016. As part of my training, I\'m doing a thesis on \"how to implement a PMO in an international context?\" in which I deep dive into the understanding of the PMO, the current situation of PMOs, how to implement a PMO, Project management, Portfolio Management, Benefit Realisation Management and many other topics. As my thesis is linked with my work within XPO and as I took a lot of care to be aligned with the business needs, I will then use my thesis for the implementation of the central PMO within IT SC EU which will be a great challenge.\"Life is either an incredible adventure. or it\'s nothing at all.\"
