Proficient Business Process Specialist with international certification in Business Process Management (CBPP®) since 2010 working with HCM/ERP integration, project management, and operational efficiency. Improved processes in Human Resources, Purchasing, Asset Management, Finance, and Shared Services in different companies, resulting in cost savings and streamlined operations.I conducted different improvement and process management projects for 4 years at the largest private social institution in the world (Sesc) focused mainly on the social welfare of commercial employees, developing projects in the areas of Education, Health, Recreation, Culture, and Assistance.
