Hi, I’m Alexandre Megido, a multilingual communicator and dedicated leader with over a decade of experience driving teams to excellence at PayPal. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and have a proven track record in business relationships, coaching, and team development. My passion for excellence in customer service and team empowerment has been the cornerstone of my career. As the Team Leader for PayPal’s UK Business Relationship Expert Team, I’ve honed my skills in leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving. I thrive in fostering positive, collaborative work environments where each team member feels empowered to take ownership of their work and professional development. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, creating a unified team that consistently achieves success. My journey with PayPal has been a transformative experience, from my start as a Customer Service Universal Chat Agent to my current role. I played a pivotal role in launching the Chat in the French market, developing tools and guidelines to ensure an exceptional customer experience. My time management and organizational skills were key in balancing tasks and achieving top performer status. In my leadership roles, I have led high-performing teams, introducing initiatives to improve retention, reduce staff errors, and bridge gaps between in-house teams and partners. My ability to provide weekly coaching to individuals and leaders has supported their performance growth and development within the company. Outside of PayPal, I owned and managed STORY Niort, where I acted as a sales manager, led a team of salesmen, and was responsible for the recruitment process. This experience enriched my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of business management.
