The REIT of Contemporary Art” Parten.art is a fractional investment platform which aims to democratize access to the art market by allowing you to invest from in prestigious works while freeing yourself from constraints. We pool the savings effort of investors in order to enable the joint acquisition of a work selected by an expert for its profitability potential. At the end of the acquisition, we manage the work throughout the life of the investment (holding, conservation) and share the potential capital gains on resale between the investors.
